Bad eating habits

Today is a PH and I have no event or any dates, so I'll normally sleep till I wake up naturally which is normally 1pm to 2pm... Even though I woke up, I'll remain on my bed for the next hour or so. Basically I'll spend my day just resting around the corners of my house, it can be on my bed, sofa, my sister's bed, my mum's bed.. anywhere that I can lie down.


Food will no longer be that important anymore, cause I need my rest and I am too lazy to even microwave my instant noodles. The awesome thing about my body is that It will not be hungry anyway.. so i can go the whole day without eating anything and maybe just a few cups of water.

Went for a run and did some workout this evening, honestly i wonder where did my strength come from. Haha.  

I wasn't hungry yet, until my parents came home and bring us out for dinner. When I see food, I started to eat cause I am finally hungry and now I'm suffering of indigestions. I always warn myself about this and promise myself to not do this, but I always end up repeating such bad habits again and again :( 

By the way, today's weather is really good. It's been cooling the whole day and such weather made me wanna cuddle my bear and continue sleeping, can I take another day off tomorrow as well?
